Most employers want to know about your goals, as in what goals do you want to achieve within their company.
They'll ask what your future plans are. They want to know how long you would be with them.
How would you handle conflict with another employee. They're look to see if you're a constant complainer, or do you have the skills to handle conflict on your own. Also goes to whether you're a self starter or do you need to be told what to do all the time.
What hobbies you enjoy. Do you have a life outside the office.
Keep your answer brief but informative. Don't offer information you were not asked for.
ALWAYS look the interviewer in the eye when speaking to them.
Be articulate.

Some basic interview questions
Why do you want to work here?
What are your strong points?
What are your weak points?
How would you handle an irate customer?
Why would you be a better choice than any of the other candidates for this position?
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
If you have a problem with a supervisor what would you do?

Something I have learned through experience. You are interviewing them also, to see if they are a good enough company to have the pleasure of you working for them. Always have a question for them, ask them about their mission statement, I hope you have researched the company. They will probably ask you where you see yourself in five years. Only give a positive response.

I would do a little research on the company. Find something out like their mission statement and say it in your interview! They love that!!!! Also, make sure you DO NOT wear jeans! Big deal! Good luck to you...Really act like you want it and you will get it =)

I think BusDriver01901 summed it up...... but you may also be asked, "what is your strength, and what is your weakness". This can be a tough one to answer on the spot...so have a think about it.
For example, my strength is my customer service skills.....and my weakness is spelling, always make sure your strength is something they are looking for, and your weakness is not..
Good Luck

MAKE sure you smile, make eye contact, and shake hands firmly. an employer makes the "to hire them or not to hire them" judgment in the first 3 seconds of meeting someone.
