There are a myriad of WYSIWYG tools all available at cnet.com for quick download and most for a 30day free trial. I would recommend learning some basic HTML though so you can tweak the codes for nicer colors and clever effects. You can also go to about.com for a class on how to build and promote a website. Good Luck!
