I purchased some software on eBay about 5 days ago, and the guy won't send me a tracking number, though he has already promised to. I think he's another phoney seller, but what can I do? He doesn't return my messages.

I feel like the scapegoat at work. Everytime something goes wrong, I am the first one they call at yell at BEFORE they get their facts straight. Three times this week, customers have called to complain about this or that and I have gotten the brunt of it even after I proven that the problem lay elsewhere (other parts of the supply chain). No one ever says "you're right, I'm sorry". My co-workers tell me that I need to stick up for myself and get just as pissy as everyone else so last night, after a nasty voice mail from someone, I returned it with my own pointing out their error. Of course, it will be turned around to say that I had an "attitude". I am looking for something else but how do I deal with being the scapegoat until I find something?

We recieved an email stating account would be given to collection agency. No contact info on the form and a noreply email address. Next my husbands employer is notified and threatened with a suit, when I called they tried to intimidate me over the phone. I requested documentation from this company as to what I was paying on then was told that "God Help" me they were sending an investigator to my house to arrest us both on bank fraud charges. We have a few loans out and have been working with them all to make arrangements to pay but this company seems unwilling to work with us. They have broken the 3rd party disclosure law at least six times. What can I do, I am willing to pay what I owe but want to know what I am paying for. Do we have any rights???

I have my case being heard on Monday. Has anyone recently been through a case? It all seems so daunting, I had read the evidence from all sides and going mad. I lost my job becaus having giving my employer 10 months notice of intended leave, they refused all as someone else was off for 5 of the 11 days. But they refused all the leave without explanation. They have made 3 offers during the buildup but it is not just the £. Anyone else been in this position?

This person doubled her actual gross monthly income, inflated the value of a house jointly owned by me (without mentioning anywhere that half the value is not hers), said the house was pending sale when it wasn't, and lastly has been late on payments because she can't afford the loan.

Who do I report this fraud to? The development was just trying to sell the house to anyone who walked up, so they wouldn't care. Would the bank be the people to write? I heard there are underwriters that back loans.... is that what I should be looking for?

Here's the situation: I have big payments and I'm planning on moving to a small apartment. My daughter offers to help me with 1/2 of what I'm currently paying and my idea is to give her the house so that she can take over the payments. I want for the property to be under her name. How do we start? who do we have to contact? what forms do we have to fill out? How long will this process take? will it affect my credit? What are the pros and cons of doing this?

Thank you,

:)

One of my co-workers was on the clock, when he saw his friends come into the restaurant. He took them outside (whilst he was meant to be working) and started doing burnouts in the car park. The smoke from the tires started causing some of us to choke, and when the shift manager found out that the crew person was outside doing burnouts, he shrugged and walked away completely ignoring the situation. I don't think its fair on everyone who was doing their work properly to let this go unnoticed considering we all get paid the same, and this particular co-worker of mine has lately become arrogant and rude often throwing food at others and harassing others (yet it goes unnoticed).

The burnouts were recorded on the store security cameras - should I report it anonymously to the store manager who will actually do something about it, or will this be a bad idea? What should I do?

I live in the city. My tax preparer did my Federal and State returns in April, but did not do my City return. As she filed electronically, I did not realize she did not file the City return. I've recently received a bill from the Collector of Revenue for the City, with late payment charges. Should she assume any responsibility for my late payment charge? She is sending me a completed City return free in the mail, but did not mention anything about reimbursing me for the penalty due.

One of my co-workers has no tact. She constantly says that I have caused problems in the work that she is doing. She says this in front of my boss.

I am actually training her to do my job and she says that I am wrong in what I tell her. She does this to others also.

I just ignore it, but may say something soon if she continues to do this.

Is it right for co-workers to disrespect you like this?
