i was hired into this company in early april.. at which time i relocated from across the state.. i was told at that time that once i completed training i would get my full wages and benefits.. 2 months tops! ground training took 3 weeks and ive been waiting for flight training for about a month and a half now.. im not any closer to starting flight training than i was when i completed ground training.. our small company is just to busy to do my flight training at the moment.. i can understand that.. but they have me sitting in the jump seat.. each flight that i go on im suppose to get paid extra.. but since i havent gone through flight training, im not getting those extras even though im going on these trips.. im only making 1,000 dollars a month before taxes right now.. after i pay my rent and all my other bills.. i have 50 bucks left.. what should i do?? ask for the raise early?? ask for the extra trip money?? ask them to pay some of my bills?? does anybody have any suggestions??

Friends of relatives would like me to design their business website. Do I have to go to the city hall and open/declare myself as a business?

Hi, I have a few questions.

1) I am 19 and found out that I have a credit score of 740. How good is that score?

2)I was also wondering if there are any drawbacks to having a high credit score.

3)Also, I just left the air force academy and I am thinking about going to another college soon. Should I pay using a credit card or a student load? If I get a student loan, will that lower my credit score because outstanding debts factors into my credit score?

4) I have 4 credit cards (on from each company) right now each with around 2000 credit limit. Is it bad to have that many cards? I rarely ever use them and alternate their usage.

5) I heard from a random adult one day that keeping a small balance on my credit cards all the time is good for credit, is that true?

6) I occasionally call the credit card company probably around once every 4 months and ask them to raise my credit limit for the heck of it. Is it bad for your credit score to have high credit limits on my cards?

I am concerned of what would happen if an employer says they are deducting $X of taxes from a paycheck each week but doesn't actually send in as much as they claim to the government. Does the employee then owe money come tax time? What if they were taken advantage of without their knowledge? For example: Their paycheck was stiffed each week and then they end up owing even more to the government? Would the employee be held responsible for that missing money?
