Your rights are to quit and look for another job if you are not willing to work the hours they expect you to.

Employers have the right to pretty much do anything they want as long as they do not break any Federal or State laws. Your particular case it is perfectly fine to do with no care if whether the employee can do those hours or not. Sucks? Hell yeah. But who said the majority of bosses were kind or cared? Unless you are union you have no remedies.

news flash, they pay you because you work for them dim whit. they will do whats in their best interest. thats why they are called the employer and you are the lazy employee. be lucky you have a job, in some coutries they dont have even that. in some states, (texas) if they dont like you, they can say your fired cause, i dont like your pants. its called employee at will. i dont think its right, but its the way it is.however, i dont think you boohooing about them changing your hours is going to get any sympathy from me. little cry baby, go back to mama, shouldnt have got a job, what you think they will try to make a profit according to your schedule? you are the reason we have millions of illegal mexicans running around

You can go to work and earn a apaycheck or you can quit. Communication first is always a good idea. Believe it or not, employers try to keep good employees happy... No one likes to fire and hire.

that is the way things are you will have to live with it and nothing you can do about it... if the hours are unreasonable for you to fill he/she may be trying to get rid of you...

none. they can change your hours anytime they want and if you don't like it they can show you the door.
