The cosmetic surgery I am looking into getting is a tummy tuck, I have lost most of the weight from a pregnancy but the skin is still really loose.

You should probably just contact your insurance provider and ask them directly.
Or contact plastic surgeon for advice. These sites have a lot of other helpful information…

More than likely, no. UNLESS it's reconstructive - like a fractured nose repair. But a tummy tuck? 99% chance of not.
