Thinking of investing in an apartment in Turkey - it's offplan so not built yet - been to turkey and sounds like good location etc. viewing the location next week but dealing with UK based company. Where do I check to see if this company is 'registered'? Not done this type of investment before - any advice?

Viral content is compelling, it excites the readers, and they spread the news by word of mouth or email, driving others to your content. A viral blog is an "experience" more than just a presentation of useful information.

So, how do you go viral? What are the earmarks of great viral content?

pretend your selling a house for someone and im a buyer
is this realistic if i ask for this

as buyer, i choose escrow and the title company

i want a apprasial clause so if the apprasial is below the asking price i dont have to buy it

right to inspection and my approval, if theres too many repairs needed, i dont have to buy anything

i want 30 business days to complete my inspection, get financing, and check comps ect...

i have the right to assign the contract or nominate a trust for title

seller pays for title search and insurance policy

seller will pay up to 6% for closgin cost, if closing cost is 3%, it will only be 3% and not higher

buyer will offer more than the asking price, and get cash back at closing, and have a third party submit an invoice

my offer is contingent on approval of contractor bids for repairs

and on attorneys approval

buyer ask for small "repair credit" for paint, new carpet ect..

closing will be on or about an agreed date

I am a freelance web designer just put a website up maybe a week ago for my portfolio i have 4 sites under my belt-- right now my slogen is something along the lines of i need a portfolio there for i will do your site for cheaper than the design house would do it for--


but were can i advertise? what are good places to post flyers or biz cards or whatever and have someone interested in a website pick it up the flyer or card

??

any other cheap ways to get your name out there besides referal -- again only 4 clients so far

if you have any ideas plz say what type of advertising and just list a ballpark price

like bus bench ad- 40-60 a month

when people do a MLS only listing flat fee, does that make you mad? that their going passed you and only paying 2-3% to a buyer agent and a small flat fee for the MLS.

or when they get their own license and list i them selves, and mail out flyers/post cards to buyer agents 3% for finding a buyer?

we even have the 5 cent tax on cans of tomatoes,soups, etc. , we can't recycle those cans and cant even return them to get that 5 cents back.
WORSE , Of course there is a 4% tax on the 5cent, were getting ripped off.
What about your state ?
