If you are talking about the current exchange rate, then a 1000 pesos bill would be worth nothing. That particular banknote was demonetized in 1984. The largest denomination banknote currently in use in Argentina is 100 pesos.

There is no 1000 pesos bill in argentina, maybe you are confunding us with Chile (<.<). However, if a 1000 pesos bill existed, it would be something like 333 dollars.
