My fiance was in the process of selling a piece of income property, and he and the buyer had initial for liquidated damages. Well, there was a financing contingency and the requirement that the buyer submit proof of pre-approval. His agent repeatedly asked this information of the Buyer's agent, and it was always "I'll send it right over!" Never got it; then the buyer wanted to renegotiate the sales price. My fiance hit the roof. Bottom line, the contingency wasn't released, the bank would never return calls when we inquired about the loan status. The the Buyer said "the property didn't qualify for the loan." and he wants to cancel. He sent a letter to the closer and some form requesting the seller to "perform" and sign the cancellation. My fiance has refused. Has this happened to anyone? What did you do?

Hi im planing to start a home daycare in longisland ny i was wondering ifi could take care of 25 kids if i have 5 assistents/teachers in longisland i have looked at good daycare centers and they all charge 600 + a week should i charge more or less

hi, i tried and tried to find employment but i am getting nowhere, i've been unemployed for 3 months and my benefits are just about to expire,i am a single dad ,i have 2 kids, that i raise,my mom lives with me so its a little help,but i have a mortgage and bills that don't stop, i've been fired twice in 1 year for the stupidest reasons, this is my second unemployment, i can't seemto get hired altho the jobs i apply for i am qualified for, i am a blue collar worker with a c.d.l. a license, i got last year but haven't reall had any trucking experience on the count of that my children come out of school at a different time ,anyways can any 1 help ,

I am only 17 now but when I turn 18 I want to be a piecer. I'm taking CPR/AED/First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens classes until then and obviously just studying before I start apprenticing next year.
But everyone I talk to or any information I look up about the salary/price of piercers just says "Most piercers get paid about the price of a piercing and tips. There is not usually a set rate of hourly or yearly income."
But nobody explains what that that might be. This is a question to most body piercers already, not people who are just guessing: How much money do you make per month on AVERAGE. All I want is to be able to pay my rent when I move out, so if I can do that I'll be happy haha :)

I filed a 1040X admendment on April 4th, 2007 and still waiting on my refund. Why does it take 3-4 weeks to process admendmends? I also received an additional W-2 form that was not included in the admendment. I took it to my tax preparer and he stated that since my salarie, wages was $340.00 it did not need to file an additional admendment. Is that true and can I use this W-2 when I file my 2007 taxes?

I live in Pittsburgh PA. and I own a used movie and video game store much like EB Games. I hear conflicting information that when I buy a used movie or game from one person in the store and then resell it to another that I should/shouldn't charge sales tax again becuase the item was originally taxed when purchased new.

Does anyone know Which is correct?

Side bar - If I do not need to chagre sales tax do I need a resellers permit or something?
