Please be sure it is really a second job you need. I have seen many people not make enough money because they are working unpaid overtime for their employers or not getting reimbursed for expenses the employer should pay for. A lot of people are afraid of getting fired, and I have worked at places where I felt the same way, but I have also been at companies where all I said was "I don't work off the clock" and the boss said "Fine. Get it done and bill me."

So, first, make sure your first job is paying you what they owe. If you still need a second job, you seem to have received some advice about that from other people. Good luck.
