There is no secret. There's no true shortcut
There's illegal means to doing it - which take some intelligence and planning - a little work - but schemes like that always end you up jailed eventually.

The best way to get rich quick is to come up with a plausible get rich scheme to sell to other people desperate to get rich quickly.
The answer I would assume you would like to hear is, there are many ways to amass wealth. Most people will tell you they all require hard work. Being lazy can be a benefit (computer programmers for instance who are lazy often make ingenius solutions to minimize the effort of the end users). In any case, find something you enjoy, because you will do a lot of it before you get any cash.

The true secret to getting rich quick is cut off expenses. Find your "Latte Factor," some expense that you pay everyday such as a latte. Lets say if you bought a latte everyday for $4, a month's worth of coffee would be worth $120 and a year would be about $1,440. By cutting back these expenses and putting it into a savings account, you will be growing your net worth. Also get motivated to learn about investing and saving. I often see individuals who learn one thing about money: work by making money. These individuals often overlook the fact that by also saving money and investing you can grow that nest. It's hard but if you discipline yourself by saving 10% -20% of your paycheck it will payoff in the long run
