i know that when u put things on layaway @ walmart when u take the things out that if any of them where on sale when they where in layaway that they'll give u the sale price, but does that include the black friday sales? Thanks!

I really want this job. I have the experience required. My hair is about 3-4 inches long, and it still in the stage between twists and dreads. I take care of them and they are neat and not shabby or nasty looking. I wonder will this be a astrike against me. I am well spoken, have a good resume and I will dress accordingly. I work for a place that is somewhat family oriented. My boss, the manager is the sister of the girl whom I share a position with, thus the reason she's working here. And the owner of the company, well he has a child with my boss the manager.

Basically the girl I share a position with recently became pregnant, since then its been her excuse to do nothing. She's vomited in the trashcans a countless amount of times, leaving it for me to take care of... she's lazy, never really does anything for the company, is always making personal calls, and leaves all her work for me to do while I'm already being considered the Assistant Manager meanwhile she's still a receptionist. I've talked to the proper authorities a countless amount of times. What should I do?

I know that an employer simply pays out cash. THAT I understand, because it hides all paper trails. BUT, if this employer is a registered business, then how does he SHOW the irs that he's making an income???? In other words, if none of his independent contractors (getting paid under the table) are filing 1099's, then how the heck does the owner of the company explain HIS income to the IRS????

My debit card info has been obtained by people in Tokyo, Japan (dunno how) and they made transactions worth 1500$ over the weekend. My bank called me y day morning after placing a softhold on the account. After talking to me, they confirmed that it was not something I did, they did issue a provisional credit to my account. I would like to close my account with this bank because I feel insecure. Can I do that? Does the bank has a right to deny my request to close the account because they have a dispute being investigated? Thanks very much.

So we have a small mechanic shop, our techs were getting paid commision on the work completed, but since the slow time is coming, we decided to do something nice and pay them a set salary of what they used to average every week. Well, now they take extra breaks, don't want to clean the work areas to make (this to make up for the down time) want to close a few minutes early schedule their appointmets during our business hours, get upset if we tell them to find something productive to do or pick up the short area so it can look appeling to prospect new customers. how can we address this? what would you do? do you have your own bussiness or manage a business? any additional incentives or plans you offer? any and "smart" comments are appreciated
