Is this profession mostly female dominated? What are the career prospects and chances for promotion in a career like this?

What is the salary for such a postion?

Where can I get more information about such a job?

By the way, I am a mid 30s male graduate and living in the Midlands, England.

Many Thanks

I have to rent a car for 2 weeks for business. Supposely, the cost should be reimbursed to me by a company after the assingment is done. Not sure if I can truly trust that.

But anyway, if I don't get the insurance, it will be $500. But if I get insurance, it is $1200.

I am a safe driver and I will be in a rural place. I am trying to convince myself that I don't need it. But then again, I worry about what might happen if accidents occur.

The cost of rental car will be reimbursed by a company. But I am not sure if they are actully going to do that in timely manner and my credit card balance is high. I don't want to put extra money charged into my account.

My credit card company and auto insurance company (on my own car) told me that they do not have insurance coverage on rental cars.

What do you think?

Thanks

I know the previous tenents ar moving at this time. The arrangements of their rental agreement did not include direct contact with the landowner of this property. (!?!)

I could not have information provided by these former tenants.

When I was a corporate accountant for a fortune 500 company in Atlanta, the company hired a strange woman(?) who collected road kill in her pickup truck on the way to work. One day she showed up on our parking deck with a wounded deer in the bed of her truck. Although injured, the deer was still alive and waving its broken leg around. She said she would put it in her freezer when she got home that night. We called the police, the SPCA, the governor's office, and the Mayor of Atlanta. Soon, our corporate campus was crawling with responders and the strange woman(?) was taken away. Can you top that story?

wo days ago, someone made an offer to buy our old condo (hallelujah!!!) and we accepted. Just signed the papers today. Inspection should be a breeze. Settlement is in 6 weeks. On paper we are making a nice profit, but when taking into account the many months the property sat empty, 6% realtors' commission, and the local 1% transfer tax, we are just getting back our 20% down payment and the equity we've built up through mortage payments.

I learned a few lessions. First, don't buy a new home until you've sold your old one. Second, pick your realtor carefully. And third, if your home fails to get ANY offers for months, it's priced too high.

Anyway, as I was glorying in our salvation from our cash-flow problems, a sobering question started nagging me: do we owe tax on the sale of the condo?

The Profit & Loss account will show you only one result either Profit or Loss at the end of the accounting period. But we will call it as "PROFIT & LOSS A/c" . Why don't we call it as "Profit Or Loss A/c" as it only shows profit or loss .

I would like to basically fight for issues that need to be addressed by the government and see that they get resolved, Eventually help people in Africa, and possibly start my own organization to help people to have a voice to speak out about certain issues, provide information about certain topics that young people are unaware of, and to help the less fortunate in general. I know its alot but is there a particular career this is called? not so much the second part but the first part? I wanna basically fight for the little people, get bills and laws passed. ( I think) PLease someone help!!!??
