Here's some of the jobs that I've enjoyed;
Boatman on a sailing yacht in the Mediterranean; cooking, doing groceries, entertaining mostly young female guests, swimming naked at night..
Taking care of houses in Italy and Spain; just be there and clean occasionally. Plenty of time to do your own thing.
hiking guide in National Parks; walking all day, camping outdoors, making campfires...
Re-marking walking trails; walking around in nature with a jar of paint...
Writing a European guide on organic farms with B&B; writing, travelling, enjoying local special foods, nice conversations ...

i personally love farming but no one will hire me cause i am female and they think females cant do THAT kind of work but let me tell you i can bail hay milk cows clean barns feed calvesetc etc better than any man out there!
