I get bored too easily and am not good on attention to detail. I think for my business it would be good if I could improve in these areas. Can it be done? If so, how?

Proof read documents back wards. You are more likely to spot a typo when reading each and every word, which you'll have to when reading backward, unlike when you read it in the normal way when you'll anticipate what you're reading rather than really read it.
That's the only tip I've got - sorry.

startt doing painting!! this works wonders as you draw but then tink imaginatively about other things!!!
