Tattoos - October 2007

I got it thursday and it feels like a really bad sunburn. i have the ink fix stuff but is there anything to help?

I got a full sleeve started a week ago and the itching is killing me. Regular Lotion that my artist gave me isnt working.

he has three very meaningful ones.

but the other two that he has i think are funny. but what do you think?

he has one tattoo of a chair. on his thigh. just because its pointless and random. and his second tattoo is on the back of his calve. its not that big and in letter it says "i regret this tattoo".

I am not dissapointed with my tattoo by any means. However, I will be applying for a job soon and do not want it to affect my chances of getting hired. It starts from my upper left shoulder and goes down to the bottom bicep. It can be concealed by a short sleeve shirt. I would rather play it safe and try to cover it up a little better. I am not one of those people who are so stubborn to cover up their tat while working or in certain social situations. If it should be covered I will do it with no problem. I was wondering if there was any kind of tattoo cover up that would cover my tattoo that big. Also, it is 90% black/grey and 10% light red-a cross with a dragon wrapped around the words "Only the Strong Survive". So it is not offensive in any way. (The dragon is red). I have heard of a cover called Tattoo Camo and it sounds like it might work. Anyone heard of this and had goods results? Has anyone personally tried another product and worked or heard of anyone who has? Thanks!

Well I got my tattoo 3 days ago and It hasn't flaked yet but I think it scabbed or it's just raised. I've be washing it in the morning with fragrance free soap and before I go to sleep. I also have been putting fragrance free lotion on it aswell like im suppose to. So i'm just wondering does it take awhile for it to flake off and is it suppose to still be raised up?

Ok, so as I said my fiance is getting a tattoo.
From the selcetion we provided to you lovely people yesterday he has narrowed it down to 2. He is definetly getting our sons name (Jonathan) done in Hebrew: שאול המלך
But is debating on 2 other sayings that he wants along with our sons name:
Let them hate as long as they fear
or
Destiny is what you make of it

and if we do have any more kids, he has already said that he will get those tattooed up his wrist as well.

please make your selection: he likes both as do I but he are looking for what others would see as better.Though most people would say why ask complete strangers, it is an example of what others would see in public such as people like yourselves.

does one last longer than the other?? (black, color) how long does a tattoo last before it starts to fade? or does it even fade?? (lets say u got a tattoo on your arm) will it really effect the tattoo details if your arm grows bigger later on?? and how long does it usually take for the tattoo/skin to heal??

I just recently got a tattoo of a peony. It is only black right now, but I am thinking of getting it colored.
I really like it how it is... But I am also wanting it to be colored.. It would be a magenta/pink-ish color, and have white on the tips of the petals...
What would you prefer? A black tattoo of a peony? Or a pink-ish red one??

My fiance wants a tattoo, he asked me to see if it was ok, i said sure. The problem is hes not sure what he wants to get. He has already decided on a location (on the inside of his left wrist)
he wants to put a saying in either latin or english.
The real question is which saying do you like better?

~*I just got a tattoo on my lower back Tuesday evening, October 9th, 2007.......now i have a strong itching sensation, and I feel it scabbing over....i know i shouldnt scratch it.....but i wanted to know if it is normal or not for it to itch any while its healing?.....

it doesnt hurt at all and i just got it done on thursday. i'm pretty sure thats a good thing. its just weird because everyone was saying it would be sore for a few weeks and it didnt even hurt when it was over okay so i guess my question is did anyone else with a belly button pirercing not have any pain after

Whats the average cost of a tattoo that is alittle bit smaller than a quarter the size of your back. (It's a monster/demon thing I want with about 4 diffrent colors if that matters.)
