does one last longer than the other?? (black, color) how long does a tattoo last before it starts to fade? or does it even fade?? (lets say u got a tattoo on your arm) will it really effect the tattoo details if your arm grows bigger later on?? and how long does it usually take for the tattoo/skin to heal??

as far as Black/Grey or Color lasting longer. The only differance you will see, If down the line there maybe/will be SOME fading to the color ink if your in the sun a lot. But you can always get it touched up and it looks brand new.

About your arm growing, Unless you go on massive steroids and your arms get huge compared to how they were when u got the tat, Then no it shouldnt harm it. If your arm does grow a little, u may see stretch marks, but nothing bad at all.

And healing, About two weeks.Your skin will go threw a process where the top layer comes off.In which u never want to pick at it.Basically your body heals a tat the same way it does road rash. Two weeks is a good time. Also depends how big..Long as u take care of it, keep applying tattoo goo,or whatever they recommed for you. Its all good from there.

Ya-it depends on the ink, it's best to get a tattoo in a shop or by a pro, the sun will fade it while it's healing, as of healing about 2 to 3 weeks

Depends on the type of ink ( brand ) if it's cheap ink it will fade along with if it isn't deep enough in the skin it will fade too. Other wise some never fade and if one would it would be many of years later. It takes about a week to heal... and if you get one on your arm and your arm gets really huge over a time period it may stretch it out some yes.

I have a black and white one on the lower back....I probably got it close to 12 years ago and because it is in the sun, and I have been pregnant twice it has faded but the original detail in the drawing is still there. I think that depending on the professionalism of the artist and quality of the ink can be attributed to the longevity of my tattoo

Both black and colour are permanent.

How long until it fades depends on how well you take care of it (i.e. don't put sunscreen on etc)

If you got one and then the area expanded for whatever reason, then yes it would stretch the tattoo with it.

Healing time can depends, usually 3 weeks I think.

both color and black and gray tattoos both fade over time, how much they fade is based on how well you protect it (using sunscreen, ect). the sun will fade tattoos so after it heals you need to wear sunscreen! and for how long it takes to heal... that depends on the amount of detail, how fast you heal, location of the tattoo, how well you take care of it, ect...
