he has three very meaningful ones.
but the other two that he has i think are funny. but what do you think?
he has one tattoo of a chair. on his thigh. just because its pointless and random. and his second tattoo is on the back of his calve. its not that big and in letter it says "i regret this tattoo".

The question is why are you concerned. Your friend has the tattoo's now and can do nothing about it without it costing an arm and a leg, and some serious scarring.
Alot of people make mistakes and get idiotic tattoos or tattoos at the time they think are cool... You should not be worried with your friend's idiotic tendencies... He is a guy, men are dumb no matter what they do LOL
Honestly, get over it, let your friend deal with his mistake, and don't ask questions like do you think my friend has stupid tattoos... You know the answer, yes he does, so why did you ask :)

I love dumb tattoos. I have 2 myself. And would get more, but my spouse discourages me from getting dumb ones. He doesn't mind meaningful, tasteful ones though.
My dumb tattoos are both on my right shoulder blade. One is a stick of butter with fly wings (a Butter-Fly) and the other is a submarine sandwich with a parascope and propellers (a Submarine-Submarine).
Some other ideas I had were Colonel Mustard (mustard bottle with a badge, moustache, and hat) a Subwoofer (a speaker that looks like a dog), and a dotted outline of lips on my butt with the phrase "Place lips here" above it.

I regret this tattoo is funny. I wouldn't get a tattoo like that but each to their own.

its sounds kind of funny and he may have done them for reasons he's not willing to explain. hence giving the random excuse. but also Tattoo's are addicting i have three and i am planning my next one, they are fun to get and plan. so it may just be he couldn't wait to get his next so he picked something random
