My fiance wants a tattoo, he asked me to see if it was ok, i said sure. The problem is hes not sure what he wants to get. He has already decided on a location (on the inside of his left wrist)
he wants to put a saying in either latin or english.
The real question is which saying do you like better?
Let them hate, as long as they fear~ (dont ask he's a huge becks fan)
What nourishes also destroys
Loves grows where the blood fell
Destiny is what you make of it
I will find a way, or i will make one
שאול המלך~ our sons name but in hebrew
if you like ant of them please say so if not, give suggestions.
thanks

Well really it is all up to him, but i think your son's name. He is one thing you guys will never regret (i hope) so it is the best thing to get a tatt of. But if you want a saying, think about all you have been though and find the one with the most meaning. Make it personal and deep because those are the best tattoos to get. ♥

Another vote for your son's name. And for taking much time to be sure. I thought about my first one for several years and even had someone do me a design and talked to an artist (and fled because her apartment -- tattoo shops were illegal in NYC at the time -- smelled strongly of cat pee) and waited a while longer, and while I didn't change my mind about the tattoo, I did change the design I was interested in.

Can go wrong with a son's name in Hebrew.
The inside of the wrist is only cover by a long sleeve shirt- keep it in mind.

I like the Becks saying. He should get that one if he's into soccer and his favorite soccer player is David Beckham (I don't blame him for being a fan of beck.). If he does get that tattooed on his wrist, he should get beck's name with it so people won't be asking him all of the time who says that if they aren't fans of soccer.

they're all different,
for what it's worth, if he's not sure what he wants...
he should wait...this is for life!!
and make sure u find a good artist, cause that's a tough spot to get even...
one thing about a bad tattoo...
they suck no matter what they say!!

I agree.. son's name in hebrew. It will always be something special to him, whereas he might change his mind about any of the sayings.

Your sons name is good but I like positive affirmations "destiny is what you make it" would be my choice.
