So I was about to have sex with my boyfriend, but I backed out when I saw that he has a full-color cobra tattooed on his "package". What in hell do I do?

Maybe he thought it would be a discreet first tattoo. maybe you could shave the bush and get mongoose there?

Well, you have two options:
1-- Stop being so shallow.
~or~
2-- Find a different boy.
Honestly, what do looks matter? Previously to this you seem to have loved him for who he is-- and suddenly you won't even have sex with him because of a piece of art on his...piece? Really, tattoos are skin color and nothing more.
You can't catch a disease from his tattoo (though I suggest protection if you haven't known him long...) and you probably won't be staring at his package during sex anyway. Close your eyes or something if it bothers you that much.
Poor guy-- I wonder how he felt when you backed out just because he has a tattoo there? I feel bad for him.

So I checked your previous questions and noticed that they are all about tattoos. So I have to ask "why are you obsessed with tattoos"? and "Why are you making up these stories"?
Now to really answer your question, lest I be reported; just get on with it, if he is a good person his tattoo should not matter.

I had a friend who knew someone who had a ruler tattooed on their package,that would be weird!!

that's perty gross sucking on a tattoo and having a tattoo inside you get him to lazer it off ,it might look like an over cooked wiener by then this guy needs to see a srink

If I might get one, which I cant seeing that of my profession, my dream one might be one on my reduce belly or shoulder of a few variety of goddess watching girl gambling the guitar. I might wish it to be black and lightweight blue. I feel it might appear well towards my caramel dermis. (sighs)

well, there really isn't much you can do. If it bothers you that much, you will probably need to end the relationship. It is permanent, so it's not going anywhere. Good luck!
