I wondered if i could do it with paintshop pro 9 and how?

I am in the beginning phases of researching the classic and neo burlesque movements because I'm interested in creating my own traveling troop. I'd like to know what you'd look forward to seeing at a show. The seductive dancers? The novelty acts (fire-breathers, sword swallowers)? The comedians? The cabaret singers? Details, people! I heard that we would find out what Dudley saw when the Dementors attacked him, but we didn't. Has JK Rowling said in any interviews or anything what he saw? I really want to know.
Also, what was the point of that child in the station, that was crying? I had no idea, and was waiting for Dumbledore to explain. Was it suposed to represent Voldermorts soul or something?

Why didnt the horocrux have any effect on umbridge when she was wearing it, why was she still able to form a patronus (at the court session moments before Harry snatched it from her neck), wasnt she supposed to suffer the same effect from locket because Ron and Hermione also felt its effect not just Harry
