Yes. If you dry and then smoke the
Blow fish, you could easily develop cancer. The type of cancer is very important here. It appears to me that you have been smoking Blow fish. That leads to brain cancer and will affect your thinking, especially when attempting to create a philosophy question for Yahoo Answers. So, I recommend that you make an appointment with a doctor who likes to fish.

Cancer is not caused by smokes any way. It is the toxic chemicals that causes the cancer not the mere smoke FYI.
Therefore, if the carcinogens are present in the food you eat, the air you breath, you would contract cancer from anything any where.

The smoking process can release toxins in the air, similar to the carcinogenic fumes released by charcoal grilling, but I guess as long as you aren't hanging out inhaling the smoke all the time, you should be ok.

How did this get to be a philosophical question?
To give you an answer to your question: Any smoked flesh may. Sulphites are formed and they are carcinogenic, but they are also what preserves the flesh.

Possibly, I don't think it is a big problem, anything can give you cancer, it can happen for no apparent reason at all.

maybe so long as you're not in the room, you're safe.
and if you want cancer, you should try smoking cigarettes instead of fish.
