You can get cancer from smoking anything. Why you would want to smoke a fish is beyond me, however. I would think they're tough to light and you can't get a good draw.

You can get cancer from smoking anything. If you persist in this folly, I suggest you use a filter. Perhaps you could shove a tampon down the fish's throat before you smoke it.

I believe it's called smoked fish...and no you cannot get cancer from that...you will get omega 3 oil from smoked salmon which is a great antioxydent that helps you in many ways
