Not at all.
She is already one of the richest people in the world. She's only going to continue earning from the next two upcoming movies, (which should be hits) and will earn portions of the proceeds from the coming "Harry Potter" theme park, as well as royalties from all the future sales of all the books already wrtten...
I hope that if she writes, she does it for the love of writing and because she has an excellent story to tell, not because she wants to manufacture some some of comeback to the blockbuster phenomena of the Potter series.

Yea this women is a billionaire she is not and will not be hurting for money for a long, long time. Not to mention there is still, two more movies to be bad. But I do think if she doesn't go back to Harry she will start a new line of books; probably about something else mystical.
Also: For people who did know the end of the story you have told them that Harry lived!

J K Rowling is a multi millionaire, she can retire today and never has to work again. These books have made her millions.
However, I think she should do some more HP books, even if she just fills in the gaps of the last 19 years.

She has said in an interview on the Today Show that she will continue to write, but not about the magical world...although she did say she might do like a Harry Potter Encyclopedia

I think the only other book she'll make is the Harry Potter Encyclopedia....
Although it would be great if she wrote a story about Harry Potter's parents' time at Hogwarts. I'd definately buy that!

Well she is making a Harry Potter Encyclopedia. But she said that money will go to charity. She is already the richest woman in England.

She doesn't have to make money. She's the richest woman in England. Even if she never writes another book, she's set, her kids are set and her grandkids are set, all of them never having to work a day.
That being said, she's stated she'll probably write a HP Encyclopedia to fill in more details from before and after the series.

No, JK Rowling comfermed that she would not write another Harry Potter book (unfortunatly) cause she wants to write somrthing new and different.

1) She's a billionaire...I think she'll be fine.
2) 1 isn't an exaggeration or a guess...she's actually a billionaire.
3) Just because she's not writing Harry Potter, doesn't mean that she'll never be able to write again. She'll probably work on DIFFERENT stuff.

Writers write - it's what they do. I'm sure J. K. Rowling is no different, and I'm looking forward to many more interesting books, though perhaps on widely differing subjects. I hope she will write more on the wizard and muggle world, but expect whatever story she chooses to tell, we'll enjoy it!
