What happened to her? I can't seem to remember what was the last thing that was said about her. She wasn't around in the last book, or did I miss something?

I thought of Trelawney's successful diviantion abilities 2 times in book 7.
The guard that were waiting for the right time to go and pick up Harry from Privot Drive may have been sitting around together.
That means 13 (THIRTEEN) sitting at a tabel, and if Moody was the first to rise, that sealed his fate.
The next time was just before Hagrid was surrounded by the giant spiders. Trelawney was peering over a balcony that looks at the Enterence Hall and saw something in her Crystal Balls .. she saw TARGETS ! She threw them then used her wand to make sure they hit their target. ... Her finest hour.

Trelawney was last seen beaning Death Eaters with crystal ball, just before the attack of Aragog's children. It is not mentioned, but I hope she made it out safely. She was a loon of the best type!

Nothing significant actually happen about her in the final book...Still, she appeared in one of the chapters of the last book (Battle at Hogwarts Chapter) where she is helping to defeat and overpower the Death-eaters...She became most significant in the 5th Book where she made the infamous prophecy of "neither can live while the other is still alive:...In book 6, she reappeared still, but as a normal professor again taking turns in teaching Divinition with Firenze (the centaur who almost replaced her in the 5th book [although he did not appear in the 5th installment of the movie])...Anyway, the last time they spoke about her MOST SIGNIFICANTLY was the tale about her Prophecy...

She makes a brief appearance, throwing crystal balls to the death eaters on a battle at Hogwarts, but she doesn't even gets to talk.

she appeared briefly in the last book during the battle at Hogwarts. she dropped one of her crystal balls on Greyback the Death Eater and that was about it.

she was in the last book in the fight at the end, she was dropping crystal balls on ppl's heads (she hit frenir, the werewolf).

she was sacked by umbridge then was reinstated when she went and now shares the post of divination with firenzie, the centaur.
