my ex-husband has physical custody of one of our sons and i have the other one..well we both have joint legal custody of both the children...he wants to leave the state he lives in and let my son live with his friend in the state he is leaving..he told me i have no say in this because he has physical custody of this child..i told him yes i do ..so is he allowed to leave my son in the care of a friend of his to live while he resides in another state and i also live in another state...if he does leave my son with this person can i have him taken out of this home and sent to me since the father doesn't want him to live with him...

Ok, I cant pick!My mom and dad and in to christianity but, I cant!Buddhism I can.It seems more fair being that theres no hell and you have as many lives as you need to do things in.

Limewire is illegal, and they say that the only way you can get into trouble is if some person comes to your house to repair your computer or something, and they find out that you have limewire installed.
but if you uninstall limewire and delete everything before they come to look at your computer, could you still get in trouble?

I've notice that on any dark-gloomy album, the first track is never the saddest, and that most sad albums tend to go from more upbeat to downright depressing (and only sometimes back up again).

Examples of albums in which the first is notably less depressive, or albums that are depressive but the first track isnt the harshest include Blackfield I and II, most Porcupine Tree records, Radiohead's Hail the the Thief and OK Computer, Anathema's A Fine Day to Exit,

Note: I know there are albums where every song is gloomy, but when is the first the most? I wouldnt think this would be common, because of the normal flow, in which albums build up to that point.

Blue screen on my laptop with error msg saying dumping memory...and some countdown to 100, then it reboots?

before that happened, i tried to install sims2, but it said that it's not compatible with vista. then i also tried installing alcohol120%...and that started it, when i tried to run alcohol, it also said that it's not compatible with vista, then after a few seconds, the blue screen appeared.
i also tried booting with safe mode(so i can uninstall sims2 and alcohol), but it still doesnt work and still having the blue screen after loading the components of windows.
but each time i tried booting on normal mode, it does continue to boot until it shows my desktop, but after a few seconds, the blue screen will appear again. (with the same error msg)
what seems to be the problem and how can i solve this?
can i replace vista with windows xp that i dont need to reformat my laptop?(coz i really need the files) and i can't back-up the files bcoz of those problem even with safemode.
