My dad said my six pack is a turn off to guys... umm is this true? He said just because it gets me attention it doesnt mean it turns them on. He tells me I should just lift a little bit to stay "toned" and "slim". I mean, I refuse to take steroids so its not like im gonna get THAT huge...

Guys... any opinions?

Three little words - DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL...

He is simply being OVERPROTECTIVE of his "little angel" (or whatever nauseating pet name he has for you) - and at 14, he has probably just STARTED acting like this.

Once he sees that you are mature enough to make your own decisions, he MIGHT change his tune - but you're going to have to do a LOT of proving yourself worthy (over the years) in order to win this sort of trust ;);););)

Lots of guys love fit and in shape women. If you stay away from steroids and related drugs, you can be fit and feminine at the same time.

Do what you feel makes you happy. It's your body.

As for the male opinion, no, most guys don't think overly-muscular women are attractive, but virtually all men find women who are in shape attractive. So if looks is your concern, lift weights, just don't over do it.

my friend has a six pack too but she's really skinny as well. ultimatly it's YOUR choice. although, I wouldn't start body building at this age. Wait until you're out of your parents' house.
