i was initially charged with DWI (in texas) but prosecuters dropped the charges and we settled with an obstruction of passage way charge. i was given 12 months deferred adjudicated probation which started last May. i have been good so far and no problems....but today I was pulled over by a local constable and given a speeding ticket (50 in a 40). from a PRACTICAL perspective is this enough to get my probation revoked? i know that probably techincally its a crime but i am thinking that this might be a minor deal...and do i tell my probation officer? she has a pretty volatile personality.

theres no such thing as poverty in the uk, we have a benefits system. any poverty in the uk is self imposed. or illegally imposed on children through neglectful parents or to some extent imposed by mental illness. such poverty should be temporary and there are social institutions set up to protect the weak.

Often I hear girls say that it would be so much easier being a guy because of blah blah and guys say that it would be so much easier being a girl because of blah blah.

that's all easy to say, but do you honestly believe that? Are there any guys who think that you have it easier or any girls that honestly think you have it easier?

I don't mean to sound gross, but it's true. Don't you hate when you go and take a big ol' #2, and then you flush, then you have to wait 5 more minutes to flush again just so your 'stool' will go down.

I am not sure if it is the aliens or the communists, but someone is trying to control my thoughts by using gamma ray technology. Sometimes I can hear them placing suggestions into my brain. I have tried using ultraviolet lights in my room, but that doesn't seem to help much.

My family has had this dog since it was like 2 weeks old. The mommy dog got killed so we fed it ourselves with those little bottles anyhow it is about 2 years old now and it will not let you touch it's paws, it will bite if you try to cut its nails well i noticed that nail curled up and grew into it's paw.
I called the vet and they said they will cut the nail and pull it out but won't that be so painful? Do they numb it?
