I know it has been taken seriously with string theory and other dimensions have been shown plausible through math. I was wondering where I can find specific writings on these things. a proof is even better. the only proof I have found so far has been on the famous "Poincaré Conjecture."

i've seen it argued that there couldn't be suffering with a benevolent and omnipotent God.

(there's a whole philosophy-thing based on this called theodicy)

anyway, the conclusion that most people arguing this arrive at is that therefore God must be malevolent or lazy.

but wouldn't it be just as hard to explain goodness and kindness in the face of a non-loving God?

I've been trying and trying and trying to glue these endcaps to my memory wire, and it won't bond!

I've let it sit overnight. Won't work. Let it sit for five minutes, then pressed together, then let it sit for the rest of the day. Won't work.

I've nail-filed the ends of the memory wire and everything!

Please, please, please, I need help!

I'm using Aleene's Glass and Bead glue "for slick surfaces". It's not working!

I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It has a remote starter that I would like to remove because I believe that it is causing some electrical problems. How can this be done?

OR...could I just disconnect the power to it or something? Would that hurt the engine or electical system at all?

My mom and dad are getting a divorce, no one cheated. They just got tired of bickering at each other. I am 21 years old and have a 6year old sister and a 16year old brother. We have 3 vehicles and a house that are all in my fathers name. All of the children are now living with my mom at our grandmas house. Is it possible for my mother to win anything in court? we also have a lot of expensive things like HDTV's and stuff...Its so confusing.

I accept her being bi and all that and i love her with all my heart and couldn't imagine losing her and she says she feels the same...Through our relationship she was drunk and made out with a girl twice...one of which is her good friend.. I consider that cheating and told her that and that i dont want it happening again...After both times she told me she would never do it again..Now her and her friend hung out and took pictures of them kissing each other on the cheeks. I need to know how to restore my ITunes library. I accidently deleted EVERYTHINGI have/had about 55 GB of music, video, podcast, everything in my ITunes Library, but I only have a 30 GB IPod, so not all of my data (obviously) is on my IPod. I was trying to make room on my computer to download more files, so I went to delete my ITunes backup music files (which I had done before and it didn't affect anything in my ITunes library). Well, apparently I must have deleted all of my main files for ITunes, because after it was all done I relaunched ITunes and EVERYTHING, all 55 GB was GONE! It's not in my Recycle Bin EITHER; it's all just GONE! Now I have Music Rescue and I know how that works, but there was a WHOLE lot more than just my 30 GB I wanted to restore to my library. I want to try and get everything back. Is this possible? Please, if some really computer savvy person can help me out and let me know what I have to do in order to get these back, I would really, really appreciate it!

My best friend just started Army Basic Training at Fort Knox 6 weeks ago, and he just got home for the holidays. My question is what has helped some of you guys get through Basic Training? He came home a complete wreck, some of the stories that he told me were absolutely horrific..stories of guys getting beat till they cried themselves to sleep, men only be given food after digging their plate out of trash cans, being forced to a shooting test on no sleep out in the freezing rain (1 guy got hypothermia). They guys have no phone use, and he said that the only privilege they have is they get to eat in a dining hall once a week, the rest is field chow. He said they're fed like birds. He's dropped 15 pounds since he left (and he's a very lean guy to start with and is very weak. When he got home, he was running on 2 days no sleep, because the guys had to clean all night before they came home. He is absolutely terrified of going back. Does anyone have advice to help him get through Basic?

That you DON'T have to scream into a cell phone???
I work with a lady who SCREAMS into her cell phone as if she was talking into a Cup with a Wire on it ~!

With the advances in technology today , you can whisper into the phone to someone half way around the world and they can hear you FINE..........

anyone else come across this problem and find it annoying ???

when its winter time and I'm outside my hands get so cold that they hurt. I was helping my husband clean snow off the cars & had to go inside cause my hands hurt so bad!! When I got in and tried to warm them up a bit they hurt so bad I wanted to cry!! Also sometimes when I'm outside and put 2 layers of gloves on they still get so cold I need to go inside cause they hurt. Can anyone explain why this happens & should I see a doctor or am I worrying too much?? Thanks in advance

I was in a car accident and taken to the hospital.I never received any tickets.The police drove me home hours after I was released from the hospital because I had no way to get home.Five days later a police officer is calling my home telling me to come into the police station to pick up some tickets or a warrant will be issued for my arrest.Isn't that against some kind of law or harrassment?

I had a lot of sickness and some deaths in the family. I had to quit my job and recently my wife filed for divorce and sole custody of our kids. It's been a very trying time.

I gave up on God since He wasn't looking out for me and my family. I've since realized I was expecting too much... I was selfish. Now I must return to church and ask for His forgiveness.

Will He forgive me for this error?

what are the penalties for making mistakes - i.e., reporting numbers in the wrong place thereby changing AGI (for example)?

I just don't want to go to jail for making honest mistakes.

What types of mistakes would land someone in prison? I know the obvious - such as reporting $45K income when the IRS gets reports of $150K - but I was wondering if mistakes in my stock trades data will get me in trouble since it is pretty complicated to fill out for stock trades.

a friend of mine was sold a rebuilt computer from someone she knows. This is her first computer..he told her all she needed was a firewall to be safe, no anti-virus or anti-spyware programs. Won't listen to me...says "he's the computer genious, he rebuilds them all the time!" Can you be computer savvy on the mechanics part etc, but stupid on internet usage? Or do you think he just said that so it will mess up and he can get more money from her when it messes up?

I am planning to give "Meal in a Bag" as gifts this Christmas. Where you put all the things you need to make a dinner in a bag including wine and possibly a good movie.

I'm buying a TV this evening. I'm torn between a 32 inch JVC and a 32 inch Panasonic (about $100 difference in cost). My question is about the service contract. 4 year contract is $100. I usually get contracts on portable stuff, but am wondering if it is worth getting it on an LCD? Are they fairly reliable? Am I wasting the money or is it a waste not to get it? Thanks!
