I always hear about all this , do sets, and wait 1-2 days between wrokouts , and I just dont like it. I train mma 4 day a week and wieght train 3 days a week. but whats the worst that will happen if I train weights 6 days a week , and do mma 7 days a week?
I am 19 yrs old , so whats the worst that can happen?

A few days ago, I started having pain when urinating and wiping. It was very itchy and the sides would bleed when I used T.P. to scratch it. Yesterday, it started not only hurting a lot when I wipe, but my clitoris started hurting a lot and throbbing after I used the restroom. I've had yeast infections before, and one bladder infection, but nothing like this. I've been taking Pearls, but it's not helping. Going to try Cranberry, but may end up getting to the doctor. If anybody has had this before please let me know...it sucks!

I am absolutly over my daughters and myself getting head lice. The treatments i buy are so expensive. I wash the sheets,brushes etc and even re-treat the hair a week or so later but it seems the little bugga's become amune.

for years I have wanted to write and I am told I am good at it. i write quirky factual stuff for a magazine in the UK but I can NEVER work out a synopsis for a story.
I'd like to write a crime caper based in San francisco with all the quirky characters I have met here. Crime = non violent crime like the theft of a valuable diamond necklace or something.
I can always thing of good scenes and conversations and I have the characters sorted out but can't work out a good plot or even how the crime could be solved!
Doesn't have to be a crime caper so any ideas on how to get a story started greatly appreciated!
Ideally I'd like the story to be 20 - 30 pages

During a Papal audience, a business man approached the Pope and made this offer: Change the last line of the Lord's prayer from "give us this day our daily bread" to "give us this day our daily chicken." and KFC will donate 10 million dollars to Catholic charities. The Pope declined. 2 weeks later the man approached the Pope again. This time with a 50 million dollar offer. Again the Pope delcined. A month later the man offers 100 million, this time the Pope accepts. At a meeting of the Cardinals, The Pope announces his decision in the good news/bad news format. The good news is... that we have 100 million dollars for charities. The bad news is that we lost the Wonder Bread account!
