You need a makeover of your self esteem, not your physical looks.
A guy dumped you because you weren't "pretty" enough? Are those his words or yours? Did he straight up say he dumped you because you weren't pretty, or do YOU just think that?
If he did, in all actuality, dump you for this "reason" then the problem is HIS, not yours. And his problem is called shallow ignorance.
So if you want to make yourself over because you think it will make you feel prettier to YOURSELF, then do it. However, if you're just doing it to satisfy some guy's idea of what beauty should be, you will find yourself feeling just as empty as before.
Maybe take a look on the indside before you start work on the outside. Good luck.

Aah he's probably a dork. Don't worry about it, guys who are judgemental like that will be that way their entire lives. Karma will catch up with him and someday it will all come back to him. Find yourself someone better. Obviously it can't be that hard. Someday some girl will tell him, that she don't like the way he looks and he will feel the way you do. Just get back on the horse you fell off of and ride again!

dont think this way. if you not pretty he wont date you in first place.. even you may not look pretty. it doesnt matter..
i swear im not good looking either. i feel very bad too. i was wondering why am i born different from others. others are so different from me.. i did thought of making over. but my friend say im special and i dont have too.. i believe you are also special. dont get so upset.. if we are made special we should be happy.. dont you like being special?

I suggest you get yourself back out there and find a gorgeous, caring and wonderful guy who accepts you and loves you for who you are. They do exist! And when you are completely happy and confident, THEN give yourself a physical makeover. You deserve much better than your ex and you should focus on yourself for a while and what makes you unique and special.

He is a jerk. One day someone will hurt him like that, and he will realize how stupid he was. Just be yourself. A great guy will come along and love you just as you are.
