i think i do . or atleast i read it in a book about explaining dreams from islamic views
anyways here are two stories you mind them odd but that what happened
1) a religous man who was actually good at explaining dreams so one man came to him and stated that he heard the adhan in his dream, the religous man said it means your hand will get cut off

2)another dude came to him asked him the same Q the religous man said your goin to hajj this year

a man was watchin all this he asked the religous man they both had the same dreams why different explaintations
he said the first man looked so not religous more like a theif and theifs get their hands cuts and the another one looked religous the source of his judgments ofcouse came from verses in the quran.
theres a verse about hajj it goes" adhan on people they come to you for hajj" im not good at translating it from arabic but i read it in arabic tho

another vesre about adhan its a story about yosuf the prophet
and it had the word adhan in it

im not quiet sure about the details of the story but if u read it it will know

A Mu'abbir is qualified to interpret dreams. I'm sure none of us here on YA are qualified as one. So, here, I will give you a brief dream interpretation by Sheihk Ibnu Sireen. He has been a known sheikh to give dream interpretations that turned out exactly as he said.
"Hearing the athan during the months of hajj (Shawwal, Zil-Qa'dah and the 10 days of Zil-Hijjah) means the observer of the dream will perform Hajj. It could also mean he will attain respectability in matters of Deen.""Hearing the Athaan in any other month than Thil-Hijjah means he will impart the knowledge of Deen through discourses and lectures."
"An incomplete Athaan during the month of Hajj: Seeing oneself calling out an incomplete athaan during the months of hajj suggets that the observer of the dream is among the good and pious people. It can also mean the person will proceed for the hajj but will not be able to complete it."
"An incomplete athaan during any other month other than Hajj means he will steal something from which he will not profit at all and instead, he will become popular as a theif."
"Calling out the athaan in strange words unknown to the caller suggets that the person is a great thief."
A TRUE STORY:
"It is reported that a person came to the Sheihk Muhammad Ibn Sireen (RAA) and said:'O Imaam! I had a dream that I was proclaiming the athaan!' The Imam interpreted the dream as thus:"Your hands will be amputated (Through stealing)." Then came another person who related a similar dream. The Imam interpreted his dream as thus:"You will proceed for hajj." The Imam's students were amazed at these 2 conflicting interpretations of 2 dreams which were the same. The Imam said that he 1st made a careful study of both characters and saw signs of evil present in the 1st person and interpreted his dream accordingly in the light of the Quran. "O people of the caravan! Surely you are thieves!" As for the 2nd person, he saw signs of virtue and piety present in him and therefore interpreted his dream in light of the following verse of the Quran. ''And proclaim O Ibraheem! to the people about Hajj!"
The narrator of this incident says"Matters turned out exactly as the Imam had interpreted."

I heard it was a good thing- shucks it's been years (probably shortly after my shahadah) since I've heard that.

I know I go to sleep practicing things I'm learning (surah, adhan et al) and always feel good when waking up in the morning.

They might be (extremely) misguided, but they are still muslims. that is true that allah knows best. but we must remember that there are many different shias like how there are many different sunnis. There are shias who don't those crazy stuff (such as beating themselves.) 2 me, anyone who says the first kalima is a muslim. However many of them do shirk. . . (such as going around Husain's/ali's body as if was the kaaba). We could only wish that allah guides them

adhan is a call for enlightenment,it concretes the essence of islam.so if ur a non muslim its surely is a symbol of guidance to the true path.or if ur already a muslim its an answer for your inner conflict

Yes, I've heard in dream so many times in my life. It means you've faith in Allah & need to pray immediately.
It should be caeed AZAAN & not adhan.

According to Ibn Sirin's "Interpretation of Dreams" it means either: a) You shall perform Hajj very soon, or b) You're a thief and shall be punished for your theft!

And GOD knows best. Yet I wish the first interpretation for you!
