the kid downstairs, first of all, is one of those 'loveable idiot'-types.
he's into Metal music, which is great, but i thought it may be time for someone to broaden his musical horizons a little.
i loaned him my Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, Live at The El Macambo DVD. argueably, one of his finest shows ever.
upon his returning it, i asked 'did you watch it?'
he said, 'yeah...... but i didnt really understand it'
oh, man that floored me. all i could say was 'wow.'
for those of you that have no clue who SRV is, here's a sample:

Ok as far as I know everything should work fine but it doesn't

Here is the xml code to the file:

Welcome to
Karen and Matt's Webpage
Have you ever heard a song on the radio and thought,

"Wow that describes us exactly!"

We are on a Rocky Mountain High
we want to share with you
the music that is special to us

I can view the XML file in a webrower with no problems and I tested the code in a syntax checker and no errors. However when I try to insert the data elements into a table in an HTML file, all I get is a blank page.

HTML code:

My Japanese and Chinese friends are obsessed with anything French including the French president's personal life. Many are obsessed with Louis Vuitton and try hard to speak French even though they only know ‘bonjour’. Where is this coming from?

To be honest, it was cute at first but lately it is getting so irritating just like those people obsessed with manga and anime

Every time she opens her mouth, she sticks her foot in it.

Latest one is to encourage us to drink rats' milk...mmmm. Saying it's greener, after getting out of a 4x4 filled with plastic bags.

What a hypocrite, why doesn't she listen to her (former) PR advice and SHUT UP? As if we care what she says, arrogant old harridan.

The current gummy book binders for paperbacks and hardcovers make it so that a book needs to be held open with both hands. The book is always wanting to close itself.

Also, books take on the shape of a gull wing where the pages curve away from the reader. We are oftentimes reading a continuously curving surface. The eyes need to focus at different depths in a short amount of time.

So, I was wondering if it's possible to make book binders with nanotechnology such that each page can literally be opened at 90 degrees. Instead of one big hinge, if you will, there would be say 150 nano-hinges for a 300 page book.

Strontium(Sr) and barium (Ba) both are group ii metal and lie below Calcium. As for metal we know that reactivity increases as we go down in the same group but calcium is placed higher in the reactivity series as in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reactivity_series

I have been taking the Robitussin DM my doctor said I could take but it doesn't work all that great. I am now on my second course of antibiotics because twice it has gotten so bad that I was coughing up infectious looking stuff. I think it may be bronchitis because I have had it for over a month but there isnt' really much they can let you take. I am 20 weeks and am just wondering if there is anything else anyone knows of that I could ask my doctor about. Thanks

My boyfriend and I let go of a serious relationship about 3 months ago due to distance. He still called me on the phone every few days, because we agreed to be friends. Last week, he sent me this long love letter asking me if I still loved him- he told me he cries at night, and a bunch of other cute mushy gushy stuff. He was incredibly passionate, so much that it actually seemed like he'd never get over it. I believed it- because he was always like that.
I told him we had to let go, if not for the time being; it'd be easier, and if we're meant to be we'll get back together.
Then he sent me another telling me he couldn't let go- the letter was even more passionate than the first. It sounded a little obsessive, but knowing him, it sounded like he'd never get over it.
Last night he called me at 1 AM. He mostly complained about school, but didn't even mention the letter he wrote me- which apparently had him all shook up.

oh my goodness, I learned so much from those stupid things when I was little ... hehe I still remember all the songs from "Grammar Rock", I find myself with one of them stuck in my head for at least 2 days a week - currently it's "Mr. Morton is the subject of the sentence, and what the predicate says, he does."
lol
I feel like I should be really old to even know what those things are. but I'm not. but hey, they work ...

I'm an Arab Egyptian male 19-year-old. To cut a long story short, I'm intellectual, westernized, agnostic, and generally very intelligent. I reject my politics and religion and loathe my ethnic identity—a colonial mentality/inferiority complex it may be called, but it is what it is. Considering that brief, maybe irrelevant background information, although I like striking women of all races, I find I'm strongly attracted to white women because I believe their features are the rarest, frailest, and most beautiful—creamy white skin, brilliant blue or green eyes, smooth golden hair—the eye color and skin color I'd want myself, and I'm planning a makeover for the pending years, but anyhow—I think they're angelic. I'm obviously far from alone in this, because I read that twice as many black men marry white women as black women (I'm naturally tan).

Should yahoo answers make another topic under "Religion & Spirituality". I mean different religions have their own section . "christians for one Atheists for the other and so on".

Is this a good idea?
and if Yahoo answers reads this please take it into mind!
