some of them were just born into nothing. they did not choose that lifestyle. their government doesn't provide them with the proper resources. some of these countries don't even have a real government; they are run by tyrants or the military. they don't necessarily lack discipline. if you're genuinely concerned about their well-being, join a mission and go over there to "discipline" them....or donate some money to help them out.

Yeah, discipline. Not natural resources, or about 500 years of socialization of basic human rights, or economic planning. Discipline is clearly what they lack...

I thought it was money and tecnology they lacked....not disipline.
