the only games i'm really interested in playing is Mario and Monkey Ball. i'm not some crazed serious gamer. I just like the occasional video games. Here are some of the things i've heard.

PS2:
-Needs something to play with more then 2 people. This might be a problem considering i like to play with a lot of friends.
-Guitar Hero is only compatable with PS2. Not gamecube.
-Plays DVD's and CD's.

Gamecube:
-Can play up to 4 players with no other accesories.
-Isn't making any new games for it.
-Lightweight

People have said the PS2 has better games, but i honestly have no clue. Thanks =D

I'm a single woman in her mid 40s and without children. I had spent a long time with one guy and we broke up a couple of years ago. As luck has it, I look a lot younger than my years and am frequently taken as a 30 year old. I also take good care of myself by keeping fit and eating very well. Because of this I am often asked out by guys in their twenties. The problem is, I am often attracted to them too. You might say 'what problem'? Ok, true, if an attraction is mutual why not go for it but in reality, I feel a bit insecure about the level of maturity of these guys and usually turn them down. I am not really attracted to men in my age group so I feel frustrated at this situation. I want to date a guy who is able to have a stable long term relationship with me. I fear that these 20 somethings are just looking for a fling or sexual experience with an older woman. Can these relationships really work..like real love? Or will the want a young girl for a baby etc?

I have been with this guy for over 2 yrs now and we have a 5 month old baby girl. We get along great for the most part and he has been there for me in really hard times. So for a while now i have been thinking off cutting meat out of my diet. Recently in one of my classes we saw videos of slaughter houses, and that just pushed me to stop eating meat. I haven't eaten meat in a week, which is a short time i know, but i really want to stick to this. i don't think i am going to be a vegeterian, i don't eat eggs, i eat egg whites, i don't eat fish, but i do love shrimp. i still eat milk. i'd like to be a vegeterian someday, i just feel bad because i'm still eat dairy and want to eat shrimp. i do feel better not eating meat, but i don't really know what to eat. i want some tips, or guidance on what to eat. i have craved meat, but then i think of the video, ahh what can i do to eliminate mean from my diet?

Do you think its fair that if a lawyer or doctor makes 1 million (guessing) dollars a year and has to pay a crap load then someone who makes 30-60 thousand?

Why do they have to pay more? Why do 30-60k people pay less?

I am a 21 yr old virgin. I am skinny and somewhat attractive. But I wanted to hold my virginity till marriage as part of my beliefs. So tell me in logical plain English, why having everyone in Medicare instead of a thousand for profit private insurance plans would not work. Please give logical, factual answers, and not the crap that the talking heads on the right and left spew.
My Dad who is turning 80 is in very good health for his age. And yet when he tried to get supplemental coverage to go along with his Medicare, the lowest quote was for almost $5000 a year, with Medicare picking up 80% of the tab and the supplemental insurer only paying 20%. Logically, if they had to pay 100% of the costs after copays, they would be charging $20,000+ for the policy.

My private insurance is $12000 a year for a family of 4 on a
group policy that covers 5000 employees and their families.
It covered 100% of all expenses after copays for Rx.
Medicare paid $7200 / person last year to cover old and sick people. Private insurance paid $6800 / person to cover young healthy people. So little difference considering groups.

So here's my situation. Me and my bf live together and have been together for over 5 years. We have 2 kids and 1 on the way. My baby is due in january and my brother asked to stay with us for a few months to get on his feet. He's been there since the beginning of september. He doesn't appear to be trying to leave soon. He has only given me 180 dollars since he's been there. He is taking up the room that will be my newborns room. He works practically part time and other then that he doesn't do anything. He's lazy and doesn't help much around the house. It's really stressful and hard on my bf as well. To top it off he brang some girl over last night and they had really loud sex. I mean it was ridiculous. My kids rooms are right next to his!! My boyfriend said something to him. Now he's acting like we've done something wrong. He's basically used up all of our other family members. If we make him leave I don't know where he will go. Any suggestions on how to tell him to leave nicely?
