If you had a problem or complaint on a previous job, how did you handle the situation?

I Left.
No help was given to me about my problem i saw no other way.
Handed in my notice and asked to be relieved of my duties withing that week, they declined, but i left anyway as i had another job by that time.
Put in a grievance against the "manager" who got sacked shortly after.

Do what you feel is right, if you do what someone else wants you to do you won't be happy working anywhere.
