Race actually determines a lot of things. Only a few people will have exceptions to being a part of one race.

If you knew a lot more about different races, you would probably find out what kind of things each race is generally characterized with. Its true-one race will nearly always have something different or in common with anohter.

Race is important. Its too bad that its not the way you hope it is-many cultures reject mixed bloods and other races. People also treat you differently, depending on your race.

I absolutely agree. People need to be compatible on personality, values, etc. Interestingly enough, race (or cultural background or whatever) could be correlated with values, which may make race seem like a big deal (even if it's not skin color or eye shape or whatever, but values that is making the difference).

Race is trivial. Character, intelligence, integrity, compassion, creativity, a sense of humor, good communication skills and a hot bod are all much more important.

Of course, once you get through with that list, and can say "all other things being equal," which they never are, I still recommend having your man like your coffee: Hot, sweet and black! (Or hot, sweet and creamy if you prefer.)

I don't use the word race, unless it refers to animals. It implies that humans are divided into different types, which gives me negative associations(slavery, nazis and general rascism). It is a silly invention that divides people even more. To answer your question race is irrelevant.

race is not important, but how you conduct yourself is. and race can influence that (culture)

but it is nowhere near as important as other traits
