I'm 19, in college. Except for some minor faults when I was under 12, I never got in trouble. I've always have n excellent relationship w/ my parents. I don't live w/ them because I have to move out for college. When I was 14 I made a mistake. Once I gave in to peer pressure, went out w/ a crowd I knew was not very good. I drank a bit w/ them and even considered joining them in some wrong and dangerous stuff, but fortunately I was enough wise to get out. No one got to know and I thought about telling my parents what I had done. I asked for the advice of some adults, most scared me, said I'd lose my parents' trust and would get a harsh punishment. They were understanding and loving, so I don't think that would be the case, but I got scared and decided not to tell them anything. Anyway, I knwew I had been about to mess up, realized that would have been stupid and was sure I wouldn't do that any more. It was a very wise decision, I avoided some completely unnecessary problems.
