bought a new tin today & want to make a toad in the hole style dinner with bacon & onion instead of sausages, I have made my batter but want to know how to stop it sticking to the new roasting tin?

yes first heat the pan with salt in it then, empty salt and put lots of fat in the pan make sure it is hot when you put in the batter

grease proof paper, put it under the yorkie pud.
