My parrot, 25yrs., got caught in a mouse glue trap yesterday. When I found her, it was attached to her right wing as she tried to climb her cage. Severe trauma, loss of round patch of chest feathers, tail feathers, and some right wing feathers resulted. She has weakness, loss of appetite and will not let anyone near her, not even my aunt whom she is normally excited to see. The nearest vet is 80 miles away and due to illness, both the bird and I are unable to travel.

I need good advice in a hurry.

We're going out for Chinese tonight and most of the dishes have enough fat and calories to last me for days. It's probably the worste food to eat when you're on a diet like me. I can't afford much at this point. I can't suggest another eating option either so don't say that. I really need help from people that know the best and healthiest choice I can possibly get and is served at nearly every chinese resaurant. PS. I am allergic to shrimp. preferably chicken please! I was injured at work on May 5, 2007. I have been out of work since then collecting workers comp. I recieved a letter in the mail saying if I dont repay the past insurance expenses it will be cancelled. I dont really care about myself but I have four little girls. I'm divorced and it is court ordered that I keep health insurance on them, I'm about 1500 dollars behind. What can I do?

I am a 16 year old female looking to join one of these martial art classes:

Tae Kwon Do
Haidong Gumdo
Kickboxing

Which one of these is the best for me if I want to lose weight and get toned? My problem areas are my buttocks and my thighs, but I would like a full body workout.

Is there anyway to put movie files on a DVD without having a DVD-Burner physically installed into your computer. Like, is there any type of software that allows you to write onto blank DVD's that is free, and you don't need have a burner to use?

It's a board (so to speak) that is usually covered in cloth and can come in different sizes, it has thing ribbon in a criss-cross patterns across the board and you put pictures in it...

hi

i picked upmy oldest daughter maddie (51/2) from school today and was told there was a note in her diary and that she had been very naughtey today, it said she had been answering back and she had refused to do several simple tasks 1 being to pack her bag at the end so after speaking with the teacher i went in to the class i spoke to maddie and told her i wasnt happy with her showed her the diary and she new she had been naughty i smacked her bum and told her that when we got home she was to go to the spare room and wait there untill i was ready to deal with her. She started to sulk because i had smacked her bottem and then i told her she was to say sorry to her teacher witch she didnt do so itook her back in and told her if she didnt appolagise she would have anouther smack and we would sit untill she did and shestraigh away said sorry and we went home when we got home she went straight to the spare room and i asked her why she thought i was cross and she said so i said she was

I had to go to the bathroom really bad while at school, but the only bathroom that was open [the others were locked] was the one that all the smokers smoke in, so i had to go in there even though i hate how it smells. After i was done in the stall, i stepped out, and a faculty member i'd never seen before demanded to smell my hands to make sure i wasn't smoking. I beleive this is a violation of my rights since she had no basis to beleive that i was one of the people who was smoking. The only reason i was in that bathroom was because all the others had been locked (for reasons unknown to me)

Is this a violation of my rights? If it is, who should i tell?
