Nope. The taxes are reported as judgements in most cases and you can never get out of student loan debt through B/K that I have ever seen. I pull atleast 10 credit reports a day and have seen many cases where people declare B/K and the student loans were still there.

I'm pretty positive you can not include student loans or taxes in bankruptcy.
