I was on an interactive site requiering java download but the download is for newer windows version than mine. I tried to download it and it works to an extent but seems to lock up once in awhile and has no audio capability. Is their a version of java that I can download for windows 98 early version that will work better? Where can I find it and what is it's identification.

So I met this guy who was from Colorado,we got enaged,then he moved to NJ from Colorado to be with me.We had the whole wedding planned,everything booked,the whole deal.Then he tells me that he is having thoughts of not wanting to live in Jersey anymore.I have a son from a previous marriage so he already knew that there really wasnt anyway that I could move out of state.So he decides to take a couple of days to think about everything,and then he would let me know if he is going to stay or not.He left me hanging on by a string wondering if he was going to stay or not,then finally tells me that he is going to stay.Tells me that he sent out the wedding invitaions and all.Then a few days later he says he is at work,come to find out he was packing all his stuff and driving back to Colorado.I found out that he applied for a job out there while he was here and I had no idea that we was even thinking of leaving at that time.Then he begged for me back after he left!! Am I wrong for saying NO!?

My stomach have cramps(my period is overr) and I feel like my stomach is being grinded. I always eat, not too much, not too little, just enough. It goes for awhile THEN wen it "attacks" I can barely stand. it's sooo painfull! I remmber eating one donut the other night then cannot sleep because of the cramps, then in the morning I stil have it now until tonight. IT REALLY HURTS... what kind of sickness is this. please help?

My husband (we've been married for 4 years) got me BEAUTIFUL engagement/wedding rings, they are just what I wanted, and he went for quality in my center-stone instead of size, so my center stone is about .63 cts, with a total of 2.63 cts w/ my wedding band. I just love my jewelry, plus it means so much to me because I love being married. ANYWAY, this girl I work with had slighly bigger diamond and it is positioned so it looks really flashy. Anyway, good for her. So, she tells me CONSTANTLY that he ring is SO HUGE and mine isn't and my husband must not love me all that much or he would have made sure I had bigger jewlery. It's REALLY hurt my feelings and made me feel like I should be embarassed about my wedding rings, when I don't want to be! I think they are so pretty and they were a gift from MY husband. How do I respond to this evil woman?

My daughter is filing for divorce and her soon-to-be ex wants to have joint custody. I have had many people that have experienced joint custody say that it is a pain in the butt and delays care for the child because both parents have to have a say. Sometimes the parents do not agree but the care has to wait until they do.?!?

Since Halloween is considered a pagan tradition, many parents do not let their children go out on halloween night. they say that it is a celebration of evil, or the devil. but to a lot of families, its a fun time to dress up and have some fun.
in your opinion, do you think that you should let your kids trick-or-treat?? if so, why? and if not, why not?
