sounds like irritable bowel
triggered by stress and certain foods, best to see your doctor about it, if it is IBS then the doctor can provide you with a diet plan to follow and some relief from the symptoms

It could be your gallbladder, especially since it happened after eating a donut (fatty foods can trigger gallbladder attacks). Or, if it's on the right side it could be your appendix. If it continues you should really see a doctor.

It could be a problem with your ovaries if the pain is low down in your abdomen. Do you have any pain under your rib cage? If this is the case, it could be your gallbladder. Go to your Dr and ask them, they may refer you to a refer or the gynaecologist, depending on what the cause may be and wherever the pain is.
Hope this helps and have a great day/night!!!
Good luck

sounds like the pains I had a few years ago. Both the pains were the same but I had to get my gallbladder tooken out then 7 months later after feeling the same pain I had to get my appendix tooken out. You should NEVER ignore stomach pains.
