Iv found that most photo sites do a free service for signing up. For example the last one I used was photo box, who supplied 30 free prints for signing up, so just sign up to lots of sites until you’ve got all your photos developed, then to keep customers, they tend to do ace offeres, like buy 1 print get 1 free etc etc.
Heres a few I use
Photo box
Snapfish
Photo stuff direct

If you catch winkflash.com on their special promo it will cost 6 cent for 4x6 but the regular price are cheaper then most other competitors at 12 cent per print. I believe if you sign up for snapfish they will give you 30 free prints.
Hope this helps!
Cheers!

I think they are much of a sameness really, but I have found that the in-store ones where you insert your card are cheapest.
Try Snapfish for uploading and postal delivery.

Your local drugstore or supermarket probably has a Kodak kiosk where you can do it yourself for a small price. Since you obviously have access to a computer, why don't you print them yourself?
