If you want to learn how to fart i suggest eating a whole can of baked beans or eat lots of sprouts! And people fart as its a way for the boy to release pressure and the build up of gas, rather out than in is what i say!! So fart away!

A fart is a combination of gases (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, methane, and hydrogen sulfide) that travels from a person's stomach to their anus. When a person swallows too much air or eats foods that the human digestive system cannot digest easily gas becomes trapped in his/her stomach. The only way for this excess gas to exit the body is through the anus.

letting out th gas that is produced in the colon when we eat certain foods, or the food stays in the tract too long before being flushed out....
our stomachs would be huge if you were not able to let gas out during the day... and there is more than you think.
keep a healthy colon, keep it clean and regular and stay away from foods that make you gassy....

Farting is actually a sign that you're healthy. It's just excess air leaving your body. If you have to know in depth about it, I suggest you go to www.webmd.com and look up flatulance.

Everyone does. It is your body's reaction to certain foods, as they break down in your digestive system. It's natural, not to worry - though open the window, if you are in someone's presence while doing it.
