The most frequent alternative explanation people offer for the current warming goes like this:

'The planet has warmed before. There were no humans or SUVs around then. Therefore, the current warming is just a natural cycle'.

Ignoring the logical fallacies with this argument, let's just look at the data. Here is a graph showing the natural (Milankovitch) cycles of the Earth:

Notice that these cycles occur over thousands of years, not rapid changes over a few decades or centuries. On top of that:

"An often-cited 1980 study by Imbrie and Imbrie determined that 'Ignoring anthropogenic and other possible sources of variation acting at frequencies higher than one cycle per 19,000 years, this model predicts that the long-term cooling trend which began some 6,000 years ago will continue for the next 23,000 years.'"

Considering this evidence, do you agree that the current warming is not due to natural cycles?

On the occasion I get a bad headache I sometimes chop up the pills (paracetamol) before taking them so they dissolve quicker in my stomach to be absorbed into my blood faster thus providing faster pain relief than swallowing them whole.

Is there any danger in doing this?

Im not confident at all, but im not completely ugly. She compliments loads of other guys and tells me how good looking her exs and guys in bands are. I can honestly say that the last compliment I got from her was in August when she said I 'look nice' when I stretch to yawn. I mean, wtf is up with that. At the same time, she absolutely hates it when i say how certain famous people are good looking (and ive only ever said it infront of her about twice). Shes also fishing for tonnes of compliments from me, which i give her every day. I get more compliments from my best friend, which is abit bad considering that he is a guy and she is supposed to be my girlfriend.

She has alot of guys that would have her if it weren't for me and it just makes me feel like I am way out of my league with her. Can any one explain? Im 17 btw.

my daughter goes to a speacial school as she has speacial needs she has often told me that a girl at school hurts her today she came home with a scratch on her chest the teacher rang and told me this girl my daughter doesnt like had done it and said it was a miss understanding normaly id tell her to hit back the girl in question has downs i dont know how long i can leave it or how much my daughter sould get to put up with.
