im 18 and i have tried and tried to lose weight. if i do lose weight its only a little at a time . my weight goes up and down all the time , and i don't have a clue of what to do or what diets actually work. i dont wanna go out of my way to get something and it not work. someone please help me. and if you have any good quick exercises that you would like to tell me about please do!

Is it lack of exercise more than overeating? I am noticing that more and more younger girls have big bellies. I would bet that overweight females outnumber their male counter parts 2:1 in the US.

Hello I'm looking for an old soccer/football anime. I'm 90% sure it's not Captain Tsubasa. It's about a new boy who gets into a sucky soccer team, and with him they get better and get into finals, the main character is in love/likes a girl, who's brother is the goal keeper of the best team in town (country maybe) (I remember that guy had long black hair).

This one is totally up in the air for me.

Schaub is playing Carolina, who held the Rams powerful offense to almost nothing, so he's not on the top of my list.

Leinart had a very poor performance last week, and this week is playing the Seahawks, who stuffed the Bucs last week.

And Rivers is facing a very tough (albeit, cheating) defense in the New England Patriots.

At the moment, I'm kinda leaning toward Rivers, as the Jets did move the ball pretty well against the Pats before Pennington got hurt, but he had a horrible performance last week against the Bears.

The floor plan sucks, there is a manhole in middle of back yard, looking across the street- neighbors are slobs. Good points- near vo-tech school- and is my mans pet project. Big con is I was left out of the decision making, and didn't see the house til it was bought. I absolutely love my house now, its so right for me. even if its rented and not owned. I need advice cause I am stressing this situation.

lately i have been complaining to my boyfriend about his wrong doings..and how i feel he doesnt appreciate me..BUT every single damn time, he finds a way to twist it in a way it seems like its my fault..(like one time i caught him lying..he said why listen to other ppl and hes getting mad at me)..im just so damn tired of the blame always being on me.if i say something, he says something back and says im selfish.. .sometimes i just want him to just say hes sorry or something..im very dissapointed in him and everytime i say something..i just wanan give up now cuz i think in my head..(oh my god, its happening again because im thinking i did nothing wrong..but the blames on me.. am i stubborn? is he?..i really dont know what to do.. our two year anniversary is coming up..and i was very excited.. please help someone =(

About a year a go me and my wife decided i stay home and raise our son when she got a promotion. Im a painter and with me working full time she makes double i do. I Cook(no microwave stuff, im ont food network evry night pulling up new recipes :), i clean, do laundry, take care of our 19montn old son, take care of the bills, everything. When my wife comes home there so nothing for her to do but relax and enjoy the rest of her day and enjoy my hour long foot rubs every night. And i still do side jobs on the side to do my part of paying the bills. But i feel like im not doing my role right, i feel like people look down or bad at me for being a stay at home dad, and not my wife like the norm is. are we all looked as if were mess ups, or lazy *** or drunks, by the way i dont drink or do drugs. so knowing all that, do you feel im playing my part. and is my style role excepted.
