A drunk was proudly showing off his new apartment to a couple of his friends late one night.

He led the way to his bedroom where there was a big brass bell and a big hammer

"What's with that big brass bell?" one of the guests asked.

"It's not a bell. It's a talking clock", the drunk replied. "
A talking clock? Seriously?" asked his astonished friend.

"Yup", replied the drunk.

"How's it work?" the friend asked, squinting at it.

"Watch", the drunk replied. He picked up the hammer, gave the bell an ear-shattering pound, and stepped back.

The three stood looking at one another for a moment.





Suddenly, someone on the other side of the wall screamed, "You a***ole! It's three-fifteen in the morning!"

Upside down

An old man and woman were married for many years,
Even though they loved each other.
When they had a confrontation, screaming and
Yelling could be heard deep into the night.

I will dig my way up and out of the grave
And come back and haunt you for the rest of your life!"

Neighbors feared him. They believed he practiced black magic,
Because of the many strange occurrences
That took place in their neighborhood.

The old man liked the fact that he was feared.
To everyone's relief, he died of a heart attack when he was 98.

His wife had a closed casket at the wake.


After the burial,Her neighbors, concerned for her safety,
asked,"Aren't you afraid that he may indeed be able to
Dig his way up and out of the grave and come back
To haunt you for the rest of your life?"

"Let him dig. I had him buried upside down......"

Okay, im really trying to figure out why it feels like God wants nothing to do with me. My husband and friends keep telling me about these wonderful experiences they are having in their prayer time im in the same spot ive been in for 2 years. Is it possible that God is done with me. Seriously, i feel like He has no concern for me whatsoever...theres so much more i could say but i wont....of course family and friends say it will be okay but i want to know....when i pray, it feels like my words are hitting the ceiling and bouncing back, in church, the people are caught up in some serious worship and i feel nothing...i need some answers, could it be something i did, all i do is work church and home...?

Mine lets you think as you wish, rather than as some dusty old book tells you to. Mine doesn't care whether you believe in anything or not, and will never try to send you to some eternal torture chamber for not agreeing. Mine calls it as it is, rather than as we'd like it to be. Come to think of it, mine doesn't exactly qualify as a cult! Does yours? You know the answer, but probably won't give it.

Yesturday I found a praying mantis on my front porch, I didn't think much about it. It was still there this morning. I just went outside and found three more......four.
