You could rent a "snake" which goes further down the drain.
If you ever get it unclogged, use baking soda and vinegar once a week to keep clean.
First pour in some baking soda
Next the vinegar
Baking soda and vinegar bubble up so be ready with a rag when you pour the vinegar to stop-up drain while it fizzes.

If it is the only one not draining the restriction is probably very close, and renting a snake might be the cheapest and easiest way to go. Sometimes the clog could be in the vent and not allowing the water to drain, but this sounds like a simple fix. Under your tub you'll have a p trap, which resembles the one under your sinks. Try cleaning as far into it as you can with a sraightened hanger, then use a plunger, then go for the snake if those fail.

Tubs usually clog from hair and then soap that gets caught in the hair so I use a hair removal product like Nair or Neet---dump a bunch down the drain, let it sit for 10 minutes or so and then flush with water. It's worth a shot and works fo rme when I can't seem to get anything else to

Is the trap accessible from below or is the ceiling finished.
If the trap is accessible, you should be able to remove it and clear the obstruction.
Make sure you have a bucket and lots of old rags handy - you will need them.
Chemicals will likely not do the job if it is plugged as badly as you are stating.
If the trap is not accessible, you will have to use auger.
You can usually rent an auger (plumber's snake) to unclog your bathtub drain.
Tell the rental what you require it for and the size of the opening.
Use a manual one. You will have to repeat the process numerous times.
Bath tubs are difficult to clear if you cannot access the trap.
Good Luck.

Years ago I had a clogged bathroom sink and unclogged it by putting the hose on my vacuum on the exhaust outlet and blowing the drain clog out. Of course not all vacuums are adaptable this way. If you use this method you will have to block the overflow hole with a face cloth or such.

lift out the drain plug. Use a coat hanger bent as necessary, to fish out globs of hair and other stuff to clean the drain. Or plunge it and hope for best. or use drano. Very gross job. If you be afraid of gross call your dad, uncle, brother, grandpa etc. and reward them for caring for you. or call a plumber and reward him with a big fat check.
