If you do not, why not?

What caused you to feel that way?

Dear All

I beleive in God Allah the Almighty the Only Creater and the Sustainer of the whole Universe. My reason for Beleiving Him is due to the Following Few Facts as Stated by Allah Himself in Holy Book Quran:

2:115 And God's is the east and the west: and wherever you turn, there is God's countenance. Behold, God is infinite, all-knowing.

2:117 The Originator is He of the heavens and the earth: and when He wills a thing to be, He but says unto it, "Be" -and it is.

2:29 He it is who has created for you all that is on earth, and has applied His design to the heavens and fashioned them into seven heavens; and He alone has full knowledge of everything.

6:95 VERILY, God is the One who cleaves the grain and the fruit-kernel asunder, bringing forth the living out of that which is dead, and He is the One who brings forth the dead out of that which is alive. This, then, is God: and yet, how perverted are your minds!

3:190 Verily, in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the succession of night and day, there are indeed messages for all who are endowed with insight,

6:96 [He is] the One who causes the dawn to break; and He has made the night to be [a source of] stillness, and the sun and the moon to run their appointed courses: [all] this is laid down by the will of the Almighty, the All-Knowing.

6:101 the Originator of the heavens and the earth! How could it be that He should have a child without there ever having been a mate for Him - since it is He who has created everything, and He alone knows everything?

3:6 He it is who shapes you in the wombs as He wills. There is no deity save Him, the Almighty, the Truly Wise.

3:29 Say: "Whether you conceal what is in your hearts or bring it into the open, God knows it: for He knows all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and God has the power to will anything."

5:17 Indeed, the truth deny they who say, "Behold, God is the Christ, son of Mary." Say: "And who could have prevailed with God in any way had it been His will to destroy the Christ, son of Mary, and his mother, and everyone who is on earth-all of them? For, God's is the dominion over the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; He creates what He wills: and God has the power to will anything

6:102 Such is God, your Sustainer: there is no deity save Him, the Creator of everything: worship, then, Him alone -for it is He who has everything in His care.

I believe in God with all of my heart.
Why? He is my Maker. My Lord. My Savior. He died for my sins. He protected me from when I was a child up until now.
I am a victim of war. Whole family died and I am the only one that survived. Almost died from a car accident at the age of 5. Two weeks ago I was attacked by someone with a knife. He didn't take anything, didn't hurt me. I was running and screaming while he was chasing me, caught up with me but he never stabbed me. Earlier in that day I was worshiping my Lord and praising Him. The Bible says the Lord enjoys worship and praises more than sacrifices.
Each time I come out of situations unhurt. Is that coincidence? No. That is protection from my Lord. God is there and He loves us all. All He asks is that we acknowledge Him as our Lord and Saviour. Have reverence for Him. Love Him and He will protect us and be there for us. That's a fact. Another fact, He is a loving God.

Yes I do.
Because I have felt Gods love, I have seen the beauty in all He has created. I have seen His miracles. I have felt His touch in my life. I feel that way because I have felt Gods presence and His love in my life. To believe in God is a choice. Every body has their own reason to believe in God. No bodies reason should be looked down on or criticized as that person was in the other question you mentioned. Some people make a choice not to believe, and that is their choice. They are free to choose, just as a person who chooses to believe has a right to feel as they do. Neither should be made fun of for what they truly believe.

Yes. He saved my life even when I believed there was no God. Too many details to go into as to why. It just is. I thought I was destined to come back as a Potato Bug, something I despise. He is more than we will ever comprehend. More than my little bean will ever grasp.I have rest in knowing that I do not have to have all the answers. He does, and I trust him. He has never failed me. Ever.

no. i don't know what caused it. you might as well ask a rock why it is falling. when i try very hard i can almost understand why someone might believe in gods, but i can't take it very seriously. perhaps it's something to do with my personality, or more likely i think, because gods don't exist.

I was a sinner, lost and enslaved to sin. It ruined my life.
I lost control. When I cried out to God, He came and Jesus Christ changed my life around. He washed me in His Blood and gave me a new character. He enables me to live a life that is worthy of God Almighty. Through Him I've come to know God as my Saviour, Daddy, Creator, Friend and Everything that I need.
God is my life. He is the Reason why I am. I simply cannot imagine my life without Him.

At age 27 I began to read the bible.

I saw that so few people did believe in God. The genealogy of Jesus does not
cover a full page. Abraham is son #20, age 75 at 427 years after the flood, Abraham is surrounded by land pirates and Sodom and Gomorrah did not even have 10 people with a land law or laws of God [ the flood year of 1656
was to destroy earth wide violence ]
427 years after flood, Abraham age 75, gets the Promised Land covenant.
430 years, Moses age 80 Exo.7:7; 12:40,41; Gal.3:16-18; with 603,550 heirs
857 years after flood at Exodus of Egypt with Promised Land heirs to have in
040 years the law of the land and the law of God after wilderness trek.
897 years after flood Num.33:38,39; Aaron dies, Deut.34:7; Moses Dies.
001 Joshua 5:6,10,12; Ends 40 years 14th day in New year. Judges began.
898 years after the flood. Joshua and his law enforcement heirs history.
300 years to Judges 11:26; Judge Jair dies and trouble continues for heirs.
000 1198 years after the flood. The rest of the Judges and Eli to Samuel.
450 Acts 13:20; & 857 Exodus at 1307 years after flood, Samuel age 80.
020 years & Samuel dies after David son #34 Jesus's genealogy, anointed.
046 years [ 1027,1333 to 1373 after flood ], 1Ki.2:10,11 King David dies.
~~~ 1037 BCE. Solomon is next as son od David 1037 BCE to 997 BCE.
~~~ 1Ki.6:1; 480 plus 897 = Moses death,1377 years after flood, Solomon
036 years as king, to 1413 after flood 1Ki.11:42; dies at 997 BCE
391 years for Judah kings to 1804 after flood. Captive to Babylon Empire #3.
606 [1656 plus 1804 is year 3460 after Adam in Eden in day six, to 606 BCE ].

People do not create a planet or give life to themselves and something is so
wrong about the way things are that the bible is all we have to tell us about all
that has happened in all these years of mankind to Jesus and 2007 CE.

No. Considering that the concept of gods is unsupported by anything of substance, nothing of substance is required to reject the idea.
